Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair while protecting our scheduling resources.
a. More than 72 Hours Before Service:
- No cancellation fee.
- Full deposit refunded or credited.
b. Less than 72 Hours Before Service:
- 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
- Remaining 50% may be credited toward a future booking.
c. Same-Day Cancellations:
- Deposit is non-refundable.
- May incur additional administrative fees.
2. Rescheduling
- Free rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before service.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours may result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued for services not rendered due to our fault or cancellation with proper notice. Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process.
4. No Show Policy
If our team arrives and no one is available, and we are unable to proceed, a no-show fee equal to the deposit may apply.
